Have you, my dear readers, heard about the swim club in Philadelphia that kicked out kids for being black? WhatTheFuck?????

This is why I'm advertising the fact that it is no longer 1951. Or earlier, even. Because it's 2009. And we are not our great-grandparents and I don't fucking understand what the hell is going on.

Please check out the video in this post by the way, I love the crazy "manager" of the club, who looks like a freaking hoodlum himself, yelling at the news crew that they need to leave. Dude, if you weren't making news by telling kids they can't come to your club because they will "change the complexion" of it, then you wouldn't be having these problems.

And don't try to play it off like oh, you just meant you don't want a big group of kids coming there and disrupting the club or something. You booked the campers there with the camp director. I'm pretty sure when a SUMMER CAMP DIRECTOR calls you and sets up a plan to have the KIDS FROM HER CAMP swim at your pool, you should be fully aware that this means a group of kids will be coming to the pool to swim.

Honestly, I don't even know why I'm explaining this. I'm just dumbfounded. There's obviously no explaining this to the people at this stupid club.

At least the kids got a new place to swim.
