Guess what I did this morning while the laundry was in the machine at the laundromat, beginning in the six o'clock hour?
I WENT RUNNING.
For those of you who know me, you probably passed out and are just coming to now. Please take a moment to get your bearings.
Hey, something has to happen or I'm going to be unable to climb the stairs to my second floor apartment at some point. Seriously. I don't move.
Also on the list of things to do to actually take care of myself a little:
pushups
(Note: this has to start with "girl pushups" and fake standing-up pushups against the wall because I am literally incapable of doing anything else yet. That's how sad the state of my "muscle tone" [if you can call it that when there's no muscle present at all] is.)
situps/crunches
(I'm wicked out of shape but at least I can do a somewhat respectable amount of these if I stick to short sets.)
maybe occasional yoga
(I actually really like this but classes cost mucho dinero a lot of places.)

Awesome! Jenn you rock. Keep it up. That annual family pushup contest might be starting to get interesting...
Jenn wrote at 2008-01-16 01:11:
I know, I thought of that at the time. I really did. No, I'm not. ;)

I know, I said to Brian that I need to beat you in the pushup contest and he was like, "yeah, good luck". I said come on, someday someone has to beat Dan, right? And his response was something like, "Maybe if he breaks his arms."

You can have my gazelle... really... take it!

No pawning it off that easy! We have nowhere to put anything in our apartment so fitness equipment of any kind (other than sneakers) is not an option. ;)

STEROIDS! You know you're on the 'roids, just admit it. Ha ha ha ha ha!
But hey, you used to run track. So this is just back to basics, right?
Jenn wrote at 2008-01-17 12:48:
Yes. That's it. I'll pretend that I "used to run track" when really what happened was that I joined the track team one season and ran like crap. But I did run. I never skipped out on the workouts at practices or anything. So I guess I'll just pretend I'm getting back to my past. Ha ha. Thanks Clementine!

Jenn, you wanna join my awesome running club that hates me?? I know you do! Practice is tonight, 7:30, MIT track. It's what I look forward to all week :0)

Ha, no way! I'm terrible enough as it is, I don't need people around judging me!

Thanks, very nice of you.
First, check my

Tip: Check around for better pricing. Amazon's pricing is usually good, but not always the best available.
A quick Froogle search can't hurt.
