We saw this movie last weekend and I really loved it. Here's a review from Pajiba.
It's really funny in parts, really sweet in parts, and while some of it stretches believability a little bit, it's overall definitely a good movie. Yes, the director is the same as for The 40-year-old Virgin, so if you liked that I'm pretty sure you'll like this as well.

No, not at all. That's just people complaining for the sake of complaining. These people just decided to have the baby. In fact, the woman decided and the guy went along, he didn't tell her what to do or anything. I think the guy's friends argue about having an one or not but there's no big pro-life message at all. I think it's silly people are saying that. It's a really cute movie, at least I thought so.
